Withdraw from the contract here
With this function you can tell us that you have decided to withdraw from the purchase contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of delivery of the products. After sending it, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email with the content of your statement and the date and time it was sent.
No longer have access to the email address used for the order?
You can withdraw by verifying the order with the surname and postcode given at the time of purchase. You will receive the acknowledgement at the email address you enter here; for security, we will also notify the order’s email address, without sharing your details.
