SCAB Design presents the Emi and Kate chairs, born from the synergy between the design of the Arter & Citton studio and the design research of Engineer Bordiga. Practical chairs with a strong aesthetic, ideal for contract use and in line with the production vocation of SCAB Design, which has always been oriented towards pleasantness of form and functionality.

The new Emi and Kate chairs give life to a family of products designed by intentionally rigid and linear features, but not for this reduced to the expression of mere functionality. Available in chair and armchair versions, they appear defined by clean and essential lines, resting on legs with rounded and rounded ends, which give an emotional touch to the rigorous and stable physiognomy of the structure. Made in the smooth or perforated variants, Emi and Kate can be used both in indoor and outdoor spaces: in particular, the perforated version reworks in plastic material - practical and resistant - the lightness of the structures in perforated aluminum plates. Moreover, thanks to the close and daily collaboration between the designers and the studio Ing. Bordiga - and with the use of sophisticated robotic technologies typical of SCAB Design- a unique solution was created on a technical level: the possibility of stacking without gaps, with a uniform alignment of the pieces, in addition to allowing the smallest possible footprint, ensures greater stability of the stack. A detail for which the company can distribute these chairs in pallets of 24 pieces.
