Right of withdrawal (Art. 52 D.Lgs. 206\/2005)<\/h3>\n<p>Pursuant to <strong>EU Directive 2011\/83<\/strong> and the <strong>Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206\/2005)<\/strong>, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving the goods, without having to give any reason and without incurring penalties.<\/p>\n<h3>2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p>You can exercise your right of withdrawal in one of the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to <strong>My account \u2192 My orders<\/strong>, select the order and click <em>\u201cExercise right of withdrawal\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li>By sending a written communication to: <a href=\"mailto:info@novix.it\">info@novix.it<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Conditions for return<\/h3>\n<p>After receiving confirmation of your request, you have <strong>14 days<\/strong> to return the goods. The products must be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Intact and in their original condition as purchased<\/li>\n<li>Complete with all accessories, labels and documents<\/li>\n<li>In the original packaging (where available)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Refund<\/h3>\n<p>The refund of the full amount paid (including the original shipping costs) will be made within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p>The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for (art. 59 D.Lgs. 206\/2005):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Made-to-measure or personalised products<\/li>\n<li>Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and were opened after delivery<\/li>\n<li>Products that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6.
